and to have several tests done. The lack of professionalism and bed side manner is shocking! This experience not only has made us very hesitate to ever go to a smaller hospital like this just because the rules and regulations must be alot different from the normal, but we are now looking into changing doctors just because of this experience. I highly recommend you driving to Abilene or San Angelo just to get proper treatment. We will never go back to this hospital regardless of the situation.
My niece went to this hospital with chest pains and the nurse refused services and told my niece quote " you and your Dad Want to be seen, you don't Need to be seen" my niece left crying, she was taken to the Abilene hospital 45 miles away. Does this nurse have X-ray vision?? How are you going to tell someone " you Want to be seen, you don't Need to be seen " I'm sorry but how the hell would you know!!
This was ABSOLUTELY the worst hospital we have EVERY been to! My seventeen year old daughter was sent in from her doctor for dehydration, headache, nausea
